- Generate and nurture leads (primarily online) and manage existing client relationships.
- Create proposals and quotations for potential clients, focusing on quality assurance (software testing, manual testing, automation, AI) and software development projects.
- Coordinate with account managers, project facilitators, and engineers; onboard new clients and provide technical support.
- Convey information to clients regarding technical capabilities, milestones, and resource allocation based on project requirements.
- Continuously learn new technologies related to software testing and development.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Professional-level English for negotiations with native speakers.
- Conversational Japanese.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience in global sales.
- Experience in software outsourcing.
- 5 years of sales experience.
- JLPT N2 or above.
- TOEIC 900 or equivalent.
