Data Processing & Management

• Collect, process, and maintain large volumes of data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
• Perform regular data cleansing to remove errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.

Automation & Tools Development

• Design, develop, and maintain VBA macros in Excel/Access to automate repetitive tasks.
• Create automated reporting and dashboard solutions for business teams.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement automation to improve efficiency.

Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze datasets to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Build and maintain business performance reports and KPIs.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
• Recommend improvements to existing processes and tools.
• Stay updated with best practices in data automation and analytics.

Yêu cầu công việc

• A minimum of a First Class Bachelor’s Degree or Second Class Upper in Accountancy, Business Studies, or Finance/Banking from a reputable university (e.g., University of Banking, National Economics University, Vietnam National University). GPA > 3.5 required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in spoken and written English (minimum IELTS 6.5 or equivalent).
• Strong proficiency in VBA for Excel/Access; experience with formulas, pivot tables, and advanced Excel functions.
• Solid understanding of data cleansing, validation, and transformation techniques.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Query, Power Automate, or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and improve processes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with business users in Singapore.
• A collaborative team player able to work with co-workers in Singapore.
• Able to work on-site at the office in Ho Chi Minh City.
