- Strictly implement country sales strategy and tactical plan, achieving sales targets according to agreed-upon volume and pricing.
- Maintain existing customers and develop new end-user customers, taking them from initial introduction to establishing a relationship and closing sales opportunities.
- Collect market information from demand and supply perspectives (including competitor activities) to determine and fulfill customer needs.
- Create sales plans for the assigned market, from development to execution, including negotiating procurement contracts and implementing them according to agreed-upon KPIs and action plans from daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.
- Strictly adhere to company sales SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and regulations.
- Ensure smooth execution of customer contracts and timely payment collection.
- Respond to customer needs promptly, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain/increase market share for all product lines.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business or food science, with at least 5 years of sales experience in the feed additives industry.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Indonesian nationality.
- Currently working or living in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and initiative to develop business from scratch.
