Job Description

Financial Data Entry

• Enter customer and account data from source documents within specified time limits.
• Accurately input financial data into computer systems.
• Support report preparation based on entered financial data.
• Ensure data entry work is completed in line with finance department requirements.

Accuracy, Verification & Data Quality

• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors.
• Correct incompatibilities and ensure accurate output.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency in coordination with the finance team and other departments.

Record Keeping & Confidentiality

• Maintain effective record-keeping practices by organizing files and collecting information for future use.
• Handle sensitive financial data with strict confidentiality.
• Support organized records and financial information integrity.
• Ensure finance-related documents and data are properly maintained.

Finance Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the finance team, Finance Manager, and other departments.
• Report to Ragunath – Finance Controller.
• Support finance operations through data entry, SAP usage, and administrative coordination.
• Work within a Finance team of approximately 3–4 people.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• Degree in Finance & Accounts.
• 1–3 years of data entry work experience, ideally as a Data Entry Operator or in an Accounts Department; freshers can also apply.

Skills & Competencies

• Familiarity with MS Office and data programs such as SAP.
• SAP hands-on experience is mandatory.
• Basic administrative skills.
• Ability to maintain organized records and ensure accurate financial data output.
• Detail-oriented in checking deficiencies, errors, and inconsistencies in data.
• Language / Other Requirements
• Able to speak English.
• English communication is required.
• Role is mainly focused on data entry.
• Reports to Ragunath – Finance Controller.
