Job Description
International Sales Support
- Collaborate with Sales Team 1, including International Sales and Marketing Managers and executives, to support customers’ RFQs and other requests.
- Report to International Sales and Marketing Managers in Thailand.
Exhibition & Business Matching Coordination
- Plan and organise Sales Team 1’s participation in international and domestic exhibitions.
- Plan and organise business matching events.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions.
Marketing Content & Brand Support
- Create marketing content and materials for the company’s own brands.
- Create marketing content and materials for OEM business.
- Ensure marketing materials are aligned with the company’s marketing strategy.
Online Platform Management
- Manage the company’s online platforms, including website, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Maximise online traffic and turnover through digital platform management.
Cross-functional Sales Coordination
- Attend and join cross-functional meetings.
- Work with internal teams to achieve collaborative solutions for sales closing, sample requests, and customer complaints.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
- Candidates from other fields may be considered if they have at least 2 years of experience in industrial / B2B sales.
Skills & Competencies
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and Internet.
- Able to work independently.
- Methodical and well-organised.
Language / Other Requirements
- Fluent English.
- First 3 months will be on-the-job training at the Head Office in Bangkok, Thailand, then relocate to the Vietnam office.
Personality & Attitude
- Energetic.
- Positive attitude.
- Service-minded.
- Able to work independently in an international sales and marketing environment.
