Job Description
Responsible for setting up standard production lines and norms.
Responsible for producing high-quality products with minimum time and in efficiency.
Production:
- Follow the production plan (Weekly, Monthly).
- Manage all production issues (Forming, Coating, Wrapping, Packing).
- Set up proper production lines and make targets for each group.
- Produce good and stable products.
- Improve productivity.
- Improve the production environment.
Education:
- Instruct supervisors and leaders on the production process and checking process.
- Find proper positions for production staff to achieve high production amounts.
- Remind workers to follow company regulations.
- Cooperate with Factory administration on the training plan.
Safe - sanitary production:
- Make a cleaning plan for the production area.
- Arrange a clear and clean production line.
- Cooperate with the QC Manager on sanitary standards.
- Cooperate with the Maintenance Manager on machine overhaul plans and cleaning control panels.
- Reject dangerous matters in production.
Report:
- Administrate all production data (Report, Record).
- Analyze data and find ways for improvement.
- Send a production monthly report to the Factory Manager.
- Follow the order of the Factory Manager.
Other request:
- Implement other jobs based on the assignment of the Factory Manager.
- Follow all procedures and forms which were issued in the company system.
Job Requirement
Education: University degree.
Major: Polytechnic University, Business administration (or similar major).
Experience: 3 years at the same position (or similar position).
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of production management.
- Knowledge of production operating.
Skills:
- Good at computer, communication, and manageable skills.
- Able to speak English at an intermediate level; Japanese is an advantage.
