Job Description

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns to meet company KPIs.
Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 marketing specialists.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives that drive conversions.
Work with the data team to analyze campaign data and identify areas of improvement.
Monitor industry trends and best practices.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the executive team.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proficient in English language (especially Reading skill).
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
At least 1 years of experience in managing a team of 3-5 marketing specialists.
Strong technical knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms.
Experience in Google, Tiktok or Pinterest ads is a plus.
Experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
