Job Description
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns to meet company KPIs.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 marketing specialists.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives that drive conversions.
- Work with the data team to analyze campaign data and identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the executive team.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proficient in English language (especially Reading skill).
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
- At least 1 years of experience in managing a team of 3-5 marketing specialists.
- Strong technical knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms.
- Experience in Google, Tiktok or Pinterest ads is a plus.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
- Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
