Job Description

• Lead live broadcast initiatives and oversee and optimize marketing operations.
• Take main responsibility, lead, coordinate and manage all Marketing operations and content, material production (especially live broadcast/webinar production).
• Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of live broadcast and video across various platforms.
• Collaborate with content creators and production teams to develop compelling live content that aligns with brand's vision.
• Manage all technical aspects of live broadcasts, ensuring high-quality production standards.
• Stay current with digital video streaming and interactive video technologies.
• Monitor progress of projects, from inspiration to execution.
• Understand outsourcing vendors in Vietnam and work closely with external vendors.
• Develop and implement efficient marketing processes and workflows.
• Assist in developing the marketing budget and monitor spending.
• Prepare regular reports with actionable insights for senior management.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in live broadcasting, digital marketing, or project management.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of live streaming technologies and platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using analytics tools.
• Experience with video production (including pre-and-post production).
• Consider solutions from multiple perspectives.
• Motivational, time management and people management skills
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
• Work both remotely and onsite at the studio when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in B2B marketing, subscriptions, consumer products, and/or e-commerce live broadcast.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in event planning and project management.
