Job Description
• Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns,utilizing customer insights, consumer trends, and market analysis.
• Oversee communication strategy, including content creation and modification, social mediaplanning, and performance management across platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok,Youtube, Instagram,…
• Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute monthly promotions
• Manage company’s brand management, focusing on increasing brand love, affinity, awareness,and loyalty.
• Maintain and develop CRM, recruiting new customers through digital marketing and in-storeactivities.
• Drive the Program & Events team to develop and execute creative and innovative online andoffline content.
• Manage all creative design work to support marketing plans.
• Share responsibility for P&L management, driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Analyze sales data to formulate marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
• Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer
• Manage a team consisting of5-6 members
• Work with marketing agencies to develop and implement marketing strategies
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the retail or F&B Chain industry (B2C). Stable work history with a strong preference for candidates who demonstrate commitment and longevity in their previous roles
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Strong in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing.Possess extensive insights into thechildren's services industry.
• Female candidates who are married and have children in the age group of kids are preferred, asthey may have insights into products suitable for this demographic.
• Age: under 40 years old
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze sales data to formulate marketing strategies.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Metrics-driven marketing mindset with an eye for creativity.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, online marketing, and social media strategy.
