Job Description
- Take full responsibility for finance, taxation, and cost accounting of the Vietnam factory.
- Report to and communicate periodically with the CFO of the China headquarters, with translation tools if necessary.
- Coordinate and liaise with Vietnamese government authorities, including the Tax Department and Investment authorities.
- Work with external auditors and financial consultants to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Review and approve costs, expenses, and reimbursement requests.
- Be responsible for factory contract review from a financial and tax perspective.
- Lead and implement tax planning activities to optimize compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare, review, and issue all required financial reports in accordance with regulations and internal standards.
Job Requirement
- Have at least 3 years of financial management experience in medium to large manufacturing enterprises, with experience as Finance Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Supervisor.
- Possess strong expertise in export VAT refund procedures.
- Have solid knowledge of Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Have strong knowledge of Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT).
- Demonstrate solid understanding of Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and Personal Income Tax (PIT).
- Be familiar with tax incentive policies for foreign-invested enterprises and high-tech enterprises.
- Have good knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting.
- Be a Vietnamese national.
- Be proficient in using large ERP systems, with SAP experience being an advantage.
- Hold a Vietnam CPA or Vietnam Certified Tax Agent certificate as a strong advantage.
- Be proficient in Chinese as a preferred qualification, or proficient in English if Chinese is not fluent.
