Job Description
- Ensure our dyehouse & dyelab operations comply to Company global policy/procedure in all technical aspects of colour systems management.
- Key in achieving dyehouse & dyelab agreed KPI targets through robust colour systems management i.e RFT / CQ / LpMpD / DTM service / Recipe management / OHK.
- Manages dyestuff & chemical supply to dyehouse through proper quality checks and inventory control.
- Ensure all dyeing programmes/procedures are maintained & updated to Company global directives enabling highest level of performance both in productivity & quality.
- Main point person in coordinating with Global Colour Systems Team related to any colour systems development as colour stitch, MPW, CF2000E, Spectros, pass/fail systems, amongst others.
- Conducts technical training on all dyehouse / dyelab workforce enabling knowledge growth aligned with achieving high performance.
- Sits in CPP-Hanoi management team, participating in decisions to help move the company toward set goals & priorities
Job Requirement
- University Graduate Level, preferably in colour chemistry, chemistry or chemical engineering
- 5 years in related work with management responsibilities
- Demonstrable capacity/ability for leadership, organization, people management
- Fundamental knowledge of Company colour applications and dyeing technology
- Focused on target achievement and continuous improvement
- Fluency in written & spoken Vietnamese and English
