Job Description
Financial Reporting and Accounting
- Provide adequate, on-time, and accurate accounting reports to management on a monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Perform reconciliation of bank statements.
- Formulate and control the accounting information system of the company to meet the need of the business.
- Prepare and timely submit tax and other statutory reports to the tax and other competent authorities.
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the accounting team.
- Safeguard the assets of the company to ensure recording completely and physical existence.
- Strictly follow up the policies and procedures relating to financial reporting compliance throughout the company.
Audit and External Relations
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, lawyers, and tax authorities.
- Cooperate with auditors to carry out annual internal and external auditing.
Other Duties
- Perform other financial management duties assigned by the Financial Controller.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- University Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Chief Accountant Certificate is preferred.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 5 years of experience at the same position.
- Strong knowledge in financial planning, cost accounting, and budgeting, especially for specific projects.
- Have experiences in manufacturing.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in ERP software.
Personality & Attitude
- Organized, diligent, patient, responsible, and careful.
- Good health.
