Job Description

  • Work closed with Clients about the principle contract.
  • Do payroll monthly for Clients based on the Client’s demands.
  • Send the pay slip to staff monthly.
  • Consult the labor law and resolve some matter related to salaries, benefits… to staff
  • Internal recruitments
  • Do some tasks related to the office’s administration
  • Manage and control benefit implementation
  • Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills
  • Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/ Law/ Business Administration/ English
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same position
  • Fluent in Ms. Office: Word, excel and power point
  • Deep knowledge on labor law and Government regulations;
  • Good management, communication and presentation skills
  • Good human relations and high leadership skills;
  • Good problem-solving skill, conflict and crisis management skill and negotiating skill
  • Have a good relationship with government agencies.
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Team work
