Job Description
Production Project Implementation & NPI Support
- Implement production projects for AI Server liquid cooling products.
- Support NPI, trial runs, and transfer to mass production.
- Support projects related to factory construction and production capacity expansion.
Cross-functional Coordination & Progress Tracking
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D departments.
- Track project progress, production capacity, and material status.
- Act as the coordination point among Vietnam, China, and Taiwan teams.
Production Support, Reporting & Documentation
- Analyze and support the resolution of production issues.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular progress updates.
- Build SOPs and production documents.
