Job Description
International Customer & Export Market Development
- Develop and manage international customers for processed and value-added seafood products.
- Identify new export markets and expand the company’s overseas customer base.
Full-cycle B2B Sales Management
- Manage the full sales process from customer development, quotation, and negotiation to order follow-up.
- Build and maintain overseas customer and distributor relationships.
Internal Coordination & Order Fulfillment
- Work closely with Production, QA/QC, and other departments.
- Ensure customer requirements and export orders are fulfilled.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Education: Not specified.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in processed seafood or value-added seafood, with mandatory hands-on experience selling value-added seafood products for export markets.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven track record in B2B international sales.
- Strong customer development and distributor development capability.
- Strong negotiation and business relationship management skills.
- Strong industry knowledge in processed seafood and value-added seafood.
Language / Other Requirements
- Strong English communication skills.
- Candidates with only general seafood trading experience and no direct experience selling value-added seafood for export are not suitable.
Personality & Attitude
- Export-oriented and business-driven.
- Customer-focused and relationship-oriented.
- Able to coordinate effectively with Production, QA/QC, and internal teams.
