Job Description
Client Management & Payroll:
- Work closely with clients regarding their contracts.
- Process monthly payroll for clients based on their requirements.
- Distribute payslips to staff monthly.
HR Consulting & Support:
- Provide consultation to staff on labor law, salaries, and benefits.
- Manage and oversee benefit implementation.
- Handle complex disciplinary and grievance issues, demonstrating sound decision-making skills.
Recruitment & Administration:
- Manage internal recruitment processes.
- Perform office administration tasks.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or English.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar C&B role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and government regulations.
- Excellent management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, crisis management, and negotiation skills.
- Established relationships with government agencies.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong teamwork skills.
