Job Description
Business Strategy & Sales Management
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Manage, operate, and develop the sales team.
- Track sales performance, customer debt, and overall business efficiency.
- Report business results to the General Director.
Market Development & Customer Management
- Search for and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Develop the market for the company’s products and services, including generators, aerial work platforms, repair and maintenance services, equipment rental, and spare parts.
- Analyze the market and competitors, then propose business development solutions.
Contract Negotiation & Execution Control
- Negotiate and sign contracts with customers and partners.
- Monitor and control contract implementation progress
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management; experience in industrial equipment, generators, aerial work platforms, or technical services is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, negotiation, market development, and customer management skills.
- Ability to prepare plans, organize work, and perform under high pressure.
Language / Other Requirements
- Chinese is an advantage.
