Mô tả công việc
- Conduct supplier audits for potential new suppliers, gather relevant information, and submit it to company management.
- Communicate and enforce quality standards (appearance, function, dimension, reliability, etc.) to suppliers, providing training and oversight to ensure implementation.
- Monitor supplier progress through sampling, pilot runs, and mass production, providing timely feedback to the company and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
- Manage the implementation of material changes or ECNs (Engineering Change Notices) with suppliers.
- Collect and analyze supplier performance data (weekly, monthly, yearly) to identify and address issues, driving continuous improvement.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent or basic Chinese language proficiency.
- Experience in the metal and plastic industries.
- Results-oriented with strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an open-minded approach.
- Prior experience in supplier management is a plus.
