Mô tả công việc

Conduct supplier audits for potential new suppliers, gather relevant information, and submit it to company management.
Communicate and enforce quality standards (appearance, function, dimension, reliability, etc.) to suppliers, providing training and oversight to ensure implementation.
Monitor supplier progress through sampling, pilot runs, and mass production, providing timely feedback to the company and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
Manage the implementation of material changes or ECNs (Engineering Change Notices) with suppliers.
Collect and analyze supplier performance data (weekly, monthly, yearly) to identify and address issues, driving continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

Fluent or basic Chinese language proficiency.
Experience in the metal and plastic industries.
Results-oriented with strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an open-minded approach.
Prior experience in supplier management is a plus.
