Mô tả công việc

Support the Board of Directors (BOD) by acting as their secretary.
Compile and submit various reports, including data analysis and complaint reports.
Coordinate with group companies.
Translate and interpret for the BOD during meetings, internal operations, customer interactions, and for internal/group documents.
Manage schedules for visits by Japanese experts and customers.
Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors.

Yêu cầu công việc

University graduate.
Japanese language proficiency at N1 level.
Strong communication and job management skills.
Proficiency with office computers.
Previous experience in the apparel industry, specifically with auxiliary materials, is preferred.
Willingness to travel for business.
