Job Description
- Support the Board of Directors (BOD) by acting as their secretary.
- Compile and submit various reports, including data analysis and complaint reports.
- Coordinate with group companies.
- Translate and interpret for the BOD during meetings, internal operations, customer interactions, and for internal/group documents.
- Manage schedules for visits by Japanese experts and customers.
- Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors.
Job Requirement
- University graduate.
- Japanese language proficiency at N1 level.
- Strong communication and job management skills.
- Proficiency with office computers.
- Previous experience in the apparel industry, specifically with auxiliary materials, is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for business.
