Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and comprehensive action plans to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research, monitor competitor activities, and track market trends to support sustained business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and product development prospects to expand the company's footprint.
  • Take overall responsibility for sales performance within assigned territories or countries.

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Develop new customer leads and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings and overseas business trips to foster long-term partnerships and facilitate business growth.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries and customer concerns via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and complaints effectively.

Sales Operations & Execution

  • Schedule and manage all sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient operational workflows.
  • Create and deliver professional presentations of company products and services to potential and existing customers.
  • Prepare detailed sales proposals, negotiate effectively with clients, and finalize sales contracts.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare detailed customer visit reports.

Technical & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate actively with the Research & Development department for technical training, product trials, and demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with Sales Promotion teams, including other branches and regional offices, to prioritize and execute key projects.
  • Support cross-departmental collaboration through effective information sharing and project alignment.

Logistics, Reporting & Finance Coordination

  • Oversee cargo readiness and coordinate shipping schedules efficiently with logistics and production teams.
  • Report business performance, sales updates, and critical market insights to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Team Management & Development

  • Coach, guide, and manage the sales team to improve individual and collective performance and productivity.
  • Share success cases and market insights regularly within the team to foster learning.
  • Participate actively in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities to represent the brand.

Education & Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Proven track record in achieving individual and team sales quotas.
  • Extensive experience in sales management and business development, particularly in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and strategic sales planning.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide sales staff.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional presentation tools.

Personality & Attitude

  • Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Dynamic and adaptable, with a customer-centric mindset and ability to work under high pressure.
