HR Operations & Compliance

• Handle daily HR requests, onboarding, contract renewal, transfer, promotion and termination processes.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, labor reports and documents for audits/inspections.
• Follow up on attendance issues, disciplinary cases, employee complaints and workplace conflicts.
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor law, company policies and internal procedures.

HR Systems, Administration & Employee Services

• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and support HR reporting.
• Manage office administration, workplace support services, company drivers, cleaning, canteen, office supplies and uniforms.
• Coordinate office maintenance, travel arrangements, visitor support and corporate legal document renewals.
• Support effective use of HR systems by employees and managers.

Employee Engagement & Process Improvement

• Organize employee engagement activities, company events, meetings, outings and recognition programs.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, forms, templates and employee communication materials.
• Review and improve HR/admin processes to increase consistency, efficiency and reduce errors.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist or similar HR roles; manufacturing experience is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of HR operations from onboarding to resignation.
• Able to manage HR documents, employee records, labor administration and HR systems such as SAP SF, EzHR or similar.
• Good employee relations, organization, follow-up, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Able to handle both HR operations and administration tasks effectively.

Language / Other Requirements

• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Report to the Senior Human Resources Manager in Vietnam.
• Work closely with HR team and other departments, including both factories.
• Regular factory visits are required; manage 2 cleaning staff and 4 drivers.

Personality & Attitude

• Proactive, hands-on and structured.
• Practical, service-minded and detail-oriented.
• Able to handle daily HR issues in a timely manner.
• Suitable for a dynamic and international manufacturing environment.
