Mô tả công việc

  • Develop monthly, quarterly and yesrly sales plan.
  • Assit project manager and BOD in developing the annual business plan.
  • Build category growth plan to deliver sales & volume growth.
  • Take charge of regular sales reports to ensure objectives and KPI are met, enhancing productivity.
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment, industry trends and review business results to identify new markets, business opportunities and plan to deliver positive growth.
  • Setup KPIs, allocate targeted revenue for team.
  • Implement with team to achieve both individuals’ sales target and also company’s budget.
  • Be accountable for sales fundamentals, sales targets and other KPIs to be achieved daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, advertising, and operation managers to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance.
  • Maintain and look for new sales potentials.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to BOD on performance.
  • Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and give suggestions on strategies necessary for improvement.
  • Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets.
  • Make and update the customer data base.
  • Update competitors' activities maintain awareness and provide feedback of all competitive activity.
  • Implement other tasks assign by BOD.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Must have strong English communication skills. 
  • At least 5 years working experience in sales of F&B Field.
  • Proven success in a similar role and environment.
  • Understand and Experience in managing CRM program and E-commerce.
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
  • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Barchelor or Master degree in business administration or a related field.

 Working time/ Thời gian làm việc:  

  • 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Off Saturday & Sunday.
