Bakery & Food Application Development
- Develop bakery and food applications using the company’s cheese sauce products.
- Create, test and standardize new recipes and application methods.
- Maintain standardized recipes and application records in digital format.
- Research market trends and propose new product applications.
Customer Technical Support & Demonstration
- Conduct product demonstrations, cooking demos and product trials at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and application advice to customers.
- Support customers in developing new dishes or products using Megmilk’s cheese products.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on product development and customer support.
- Support workshops, seminars, exhibitions and product demonstrations aligned with sales and marketing strategies.
- Select and prepare necessary ingredients, tools and kitchen equipment for application activities.
Product Development Support
- Support the promotion and usage of Megmilk cheese products in the market.
- In the long term, may participate in developing finished products for Megmilk.
- Travel for customer visits or business activities when required.

Education & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in making bread, sweet and savory pastries, and general cooking.
- Vocational or intermediate training in culinary, cooking or related fields is accepted; university or college degree is not mandatory.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of bakery, cooking ingredients, production processes and recipe development.
- Ability to independently develop, test and standardize bakery and cooking recipes.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication, customer service, organization and time-management skills.
- Creative mindset with interest in food, bakery and market trends.
Language / Other Requirements
- Basic English communication skills.
- Japanese communication skill is a strong advantage.
- Able to work with and report to a Japanese Marketing Manager.
- Able to travel for customer visits, product demos or business activities when needed.
Personality & Attitude
- Creative, proactive and interested in food application development.
- Customer-oriented and able to work closely with Sales, Marketing and internal teams.
- Flexible with working schedule and workload arrangement.
- Suitable for candidates with Chef, Bakery, R&D, Application Chef or related background.
