Sales Management:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets in Vietnam.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
Promotional Events and Branding:
- Plan and oversee promotional events to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure event success and brand alignment.
- Manage sponsorships and partnerships with sports events, athletes, and other influencers.
Customer Communication and Negotiation:
- Establish and maintain strong connections with customers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors, retailers, and partners.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Development:
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the distribution network in Vietnam.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure products meet local market demands.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams.
- Provide guidance and training to the sales team.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in eyewear, fashion, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of managing distributors, wholesalers, and retail sales channels.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to organize and execute promotional events and sponsorship activities.
- Strong analytical skills.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the sports products industry, sports sponsorships, and branding strategies is a plus.
- Understanding of retail and wholesale operations in Vietnam.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel within Vietnam.
