Job Description

  • Handling customer needs and preparing quotations.
  • Negotiating prices, order details, and confirming orders.
  • Proposing suitable gift/premium products aligned with client marketing strategies and budgets.
  • Attending industry events to identify new market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Collaborating with the design team to customize gifts/premiums based on client requirements.
  • Coordinating with Procurement, QC, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
  • Preparing contracts and following up on production-related documents.
  • Working with the accounting department to ensure smooth payment processing and collections.
  • Providing after-sales support and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Reporting to the General Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Prior experience in B2B sales within the Corporate Gift/GWP industry is essential. Experience in Trade Marketing or Key Account Management within an agency is also acceptable.
  • Familiarity with POSM (point of sale materials) is a plus.
  • Good English language skills.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or business development, specifically dealing with marketers and procurement teams.
