Job Description
- Handling customer needs and preparing quotations.
- Negotiating prices, order details, and confirming orders.
- Proposing suitable gift/premium products aligned with client marketing strategies and budgets.
- Attending industry events to identify new market opportunities and customer needs.
- Collaborating with the design team to customize gifts/premiums based on client requirements.
- Coordinating with Procurement, QC, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
- Preparing contracts and following up on production-related documents.
- Working with the accounting department to ensure smooth payment processing and collections.
- Providing after-sales support and maintaining customer relationships.
- Reporting to the General Manager.
Job Requirement
- Prior experience in B2B sales within the Corporate Gift/GWP industry is essential. Experience in Trade Marketing or Key Account Management within an agency is also acceptable.
- Familiarity with POSM (point of sale materials) is a plus.
- Good English language skills.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or business development, specifically dealing with marketers and procurement teams.
