- Assist the Sales team to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and requests.
- Support the Sales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Assist in maintaining customer records and updating the CRM system.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Production, QA, Logistics, Compliance, and Accounting to ensure customer needs are met.
- Help in organizing sales events, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team as needed.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Can communicate by English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
