Mô tả công việc

Assist the Sales team to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and requests.
Support the Sales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
Assist in maintaining customer records and updating the CRM system.
Coordinate with other departments such as Production, QA, Logistics, Compliance, and Accounting to ensure customer needs are met.
Help in organizing sales events, meetings, and conferences.
Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data.
Provide administrative support to the Sales team as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
Can communicate by English
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
