Sales Planning & Target Management

• Build regional sales plans based on company targets and break down goals by customer and sales staff.
• Monitor, supervise, and push sales team performance on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Evaluate actual results against plans, identify sales gaps, and drive the team to recover performance gaps.

Market Development & Customer Management

• Survey market share, competitor sales, pricing, products, and regional trends to support market development.
• Propose regional development initiatives, promotion programs, and new product development ideas based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, resolve market difficulties, and coordinate with Marketing and related departments to support customers.
• Control customer returns and propose inventory clearance solutions to increase sales and reduce losses.

Team Management, Debt Control & Sales Forecasting

• Train, supervise, evaluate, and develop sales staff to improve team performance.
• Coordinate short-term sales training, product knowledge training, teamwork skills, and sales skills.
• Control customer receivables, follow up debt collection, and prevent overdue or bad debts.
• Prepare monthly and rolling three-month sales forecasts based on market consumption and customer demand.

Education & Experience

• College or Bachelor’s degree or above.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in an ASM position.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, territory management, and sales forecasting skills.
• Good people management, team development, and sales team supervision skills.
• Good knowledge of the assigned market and customer landscape.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is an advantage.

Language / Other Requirements

• Language requirement: Not specified.
• Knowledge of aluminum, construction materials, or construction project-related business is an advantage.
• Able to work in compliance with company principles, regulations, and legal requirements.
