Strategic Planning & Product Development

• Identify product needs from the market and build product portfolios aligned with consumer demand.
• Develop SKU growth strategies and revenue acceleration plans.
• Design product operation processes, reporting systems, and product training materials.
• Build annual strategic plans for brand, products, and services while supervising implementation.

Project & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across communication, branding, marketing, events, and business initiatives.
• Ensure campaign effectiveness through KPI achievement and cost optimization.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, proposing improvements to maximize outcomes.
• Supervise the serving team to ensure professional execution of campaign requirements.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Allocate resources between Planning and Serving teams according to business and product needs.
• Collaborate with BD, Product, and Management teams to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.
• Participate in client meetings, providing consultation and solutions across communication, branding, and marketing projects.

Performance Management & Reporting

• Be accountable for conversion rate KPIs, professional quality standards, and client renewal rates.
• Prepare project proposals, checklists, and quotations; present and revise plans throughout project execution.
• Track campaign progress, evaluate effectiveness, and generate improvement reports.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
• 4–5 years of experience in a similar position (Project or Business Strategy Management).
• Proven experience in business planning, product strategy, or marketing project management.
