Mô tả công việc
- Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
- Gathers program data needed to complete program plans and help create them.
- Collects program performance data.
- Tracks program issues and resolutions.
- Creates and documents the program Work Breakdown Structure.
- Updates program artifacts with approved changes.
- Gathers data to create project & program schedule management plan.
- Maintains project and systems documents, including the program & project charter, communication plan and risk management plan, draft SOP's and training materials.
- Responsible for providing support for operations activities in the Branch Channel segment.
- Day-to-day operational execution, with the occasional contribution to broader planning within area of expertise
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and writing skills both English & Vietnamese
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- 6- 7 years of relevant experience in project management and operational support group.
- Project management-related certifications preferred.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
