Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

Campaign management - create, run, and oversee online campaigns and paid ads across various digital channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and Blibli to drive and maximize results (awareness, lead generation, revenue, and campaign ROI)
Campaign optimization - monitor, analyze, and optimize results with a data-driven mindset, experimentation (A/B testing), and consideration of contextual/qualitative factors to ensure campaign efficiency/effectiveness KPIs (CPA, CPM, CPC) are the best they can be
Issue identification - aggregate data from other sources, such as Google Analytics and internal CRM system, to identify and resolve other marketing performance issues hindering a campaign's performance and hone in on root causes to maximize results
Actionable reporting - compile and share results, incorporate learnings, adjust forecasts, review assumptions, and renew KPIs to improve and influence overall planning and online campaign budgeting
Collaborate - speak regularly with Sales and Marketing teams to familiarize them with their plans and commercial objectives, support the execution of those plans, and amplify their achievable results by activating online campaigns, paid ads, and SEO/SEM

Requirements:

Performance marketing - experienced in creating, running, operating, and optimizing online campaigns, paid ads, and SEO/SEM across various digital channels
Analytical proficiency - the ability to derive actionable insights from data and apply quantitative reasoning to real-world problems
Financial acumen - familiar with budget setting, budget management, and how financial decisions impact upcoming campaigns
Effective communication - the ability to communicate and collaborate with related teams including Sales, Marketing, Branding, and Web to collectively achieve commercial objectives, sales targets, and other desired business outcomes
