Job Description:

• Plan, developed, and executed the product roadmap for internal business software solutions, aligning with ION Mobility's goals and the industry's best practices.
• Define and communicate the vision, goals, and success metrics for internal software products.
• Define detailed product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle for internal business software.
• Oversee internal business software development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand internal user needs and pain points.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including business, operations, finance/accounting, and IT teams, to ensure alignment on software requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with software development teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Utilize data analytics to assess software performance and user engagement.
• Identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Implement data-driven decisions to enhance the functionality and usability of internal software solutions.
• Collaborate with related teams/users to develop the necessary user training and implementation guide materials.
• Provide ongoing support (as needed) to internal users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the software.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or any related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably focused on internal business software.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience gathering and prioritizing software requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into user-friendly software solutions.
• Understanding of data analytics and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Experience with ERP systems, business intelligence tools, reporting solutions, or other enterprise-level software would be a significant plus point.
