Process Establishment and Development
- Establish dyeing and finishing technology processes for new test samples.
- Understand and master the physical and chemical properties of fibers and dyeing colors on fibers.
- Know how to mix colors to create new colors.
- Understand the technological capabilities of fabric dyeing and finishing equipment.
- Monitor and adjust samples during the testing of new samples.
- Coordinate with related units to ensure test samples meet progress and quality requirements of customers.
Responsibility and Compliance
- Take responsibility before the Head of Department regarding the volume, quality, and progress of assigned work.
- Strictly comply with the internal rules and regulations of the company.
- Follow the general processes of the company and processes issued by the department.
Asset and Sample Management
- Preserve and control assigned tools and equipment while performing tasks.
- Manage research and development samples as well as customer samples.
Other Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Education & Qualifications
- College degree or higher in Dyeing Chemistry.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 1 year of experience in fabric finishing.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in Office Computing.
Personality & Attitude
- Responsibility, Cooperation, Dedication.
