- Monitoring Transaction Activities: Check deposit and withdrawal transactions, identify unusual patterns, and flag potential money laundering activities.
- Fraud Monitoring: Oversee and manage the detection of fraudulent activities.
- KYC Procedures: Perform customer verification steps and ensure compliance with relevant standards for documents and materials.
- Risk Management: Enhance risk management systems.
- Other related tasks.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in Supervision, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), Operations, or Customer Service in the financial industry is preferred.
- Excellent Japanese communication skills (all 4 skills, at least N2 level).
- Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Highly responsible.
- Ability to adapt quickly and respond to sudden changes.
- Must be able to work in assigned rotating shifts (6 AM to 10 PM), with 5 remote working days per month.
