Mô tả công việc
- Lead and manage a team of mechanics to support daily production needs.
- Repair machines on time as required, without affecting production.
- Record daily machine failures, repair times, and solutions.
- Ensure proper preventive maintenance and repairs of sewing machines and other factory equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate installation and setup of new machinery (e.g., automatic, digital, or energy-efficient systems).
- Maintain spare part inventory and ensure safety standards are followed.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to equipment efficiency and factory uptime.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanic or sewing machine maintenance (apparel manufacturing preferred).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of sewing machines (knit and woven), finishing equipment, and factory systems.
- Proven ability to lead and train a team.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning.
- English communication skills (both verbal and written) are required.
- Understanding of safety protocols and technical documentation.
- A technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a plus.
