- Develop, implement, and oversee the company's compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews to identify compliance risks.
- Stay updated on local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related issues.
- Collaborate with legal teams and regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to laws.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies.
- Investigate and resolve compliance concerns or violations within the organization.
- Maintain documentation of compliance activities and recommend improvements.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
- Language skills: TOEIC > 650 or B2 or IELTS > 6.0
- Computer skills: Proficient in computer skills, especially using Microsoft Office and relevant applications (training provided after onboarding).
- Strong understanding of legal regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and high standards of integrity.
