Mô tả công việc
- Conduct import and domestic procurement.
- Prepare documentation/procedures for imported goods.
- Monitor order status.
- Coordinate with third-party freight forwarders for customs clearance and quality inspection.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal and efficient warehouse operations.
- Liaise with the logistics manager at headquarters to obtain the import vessel schedule.
- Review import documentation, apply for, and follow up on product quality registration.
- Contact shipping lines or freight forwarders to register email addresses for receiving the Electronic Delivery Order (EDO).
- Compile customs documents and retain original copies for tax audit purposes.
- Manage warehouse operations and research market costs to ensure competitive logistics expenses.
- Regularly calculate warehouse storage area usage and update the sales team to ensure optimized logistics costs for each sales order. Conduct quarterly warehouse audits.
- Arrange transportation vehicles for delivery to customers.
- Monitor the transport and delivery process to the customer's warehouse and handle any issues that may arise during transit.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders regarding outstanding payments for customs services, warehousing, insurance, and transportation.
- Update the monthly accounting of logistics-related operating costs.
- Provide inventory reports during weekly meetings and as required.
- Verify customs clearance procedures and shipment information with the freight forwarder.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- More than 5 years of logistics experience.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, with strong logical thinking and excellent communication skills.
- Familiar with Vietnam customs clearance regulations, with hands-on experience working with shipping companies and freight forwarders.
- Fluent in English (fluency in Chinese is preferred).
