- Administer multiple product lines and encourage market segments for growth.
- Analyze and implement all operational plans for reservations and ensure increase in sales and prepare required forecasts for executive management.
- Design and provide innovative sales and marketing campaigns to ensure sale of product and production capacity loading plan of the manufacturing for both short term and long-term plan.
- Design various strategic sales & marketing plans and implement effective international sales methods to meet sales targets in China or just any main markets/ territories as assigned.
- Develop and maintain negotiation with international distribution agencies.
- Maintain and train in employees in all distribution channels.
- Supervise effective maintenance of pipeline and ensure punctual reporting mechanism to strengthen management.
- Align with respective R&D teams for new product development and innovative initiatives to improve and strengthen competitiveness in the market.
- Manage everyday communication with all global dealers and detect issues and opportunities.
- Analyze and ensure implementation of all product orders.
- Analyze and identify areas for improvement and verify all processes for various sales reports.
- Supervise competitors in specific market and provide report for expansion chances/opportunities.
- Hire and select members and perform efficient safekeeping of growth oriented plans for development.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree with major in International Trading or Business Administration
- Good at 4 skills of Chinese
- 8-10 years working experience the the same industry
- 2-3 years working as a Manager and/or above
- Solid understanding of the industry market
