- Ensure that all of innovation activities complies of Health Safety Environmental policies, company’s regulations.
- Develop, implement, assess, and maintain innovation SOP in spices operation/ implementation of the global innovation SOP where appropriate.
- Developing new products, conducting trials, managing new products, sample matching, new product development projects, trial analysis, and report.
- Improve Existing Products and Processes: Refers to developing valueadded products and processes by providing input into innovative uses for excess raw materials and by-products.
- Develop, Maintain innovation data system ( material specification/Sample in and out, customer innovation data ) to ensure all information is readily available at any time to support operation needs.
- Interact with customers on specific formulation or product questions. Ensure all TAT for TDR/Hepdesk/Shipment desk.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problemsolving skills, with an ability to utilize scientific principles to develop new products, processes, and formulations. Co-work with QFS team to investigate customer complaints if any
- Maintain / manage the Innovation team/ innovation laboratories
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate (or higher) is required
- Excellence in English (4 skills) is required
- At least 5 years (or more) experience in new product development/innovation (foods areas – B2B or B2C businesses)/ Multinational companies is preferred.
