Management and Leadership:

Lead and supervise the engineering team to ensure production projects run smoothly, on schedule, and meet quality standards.
Lead and supervise the engineering team to ensure compliance with ISO standards and LEAN principles.
Lead and manage the lab team.

Process Improvement: Analyze, evaluate, and propose technical solutions to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

Problem-Solving: Address technical issues that arise during production, identify the root cause, and implement effective corrective actions.

Project Management: Plan, monitor, and manage engineering projects, from new product development to the improvement of production lines.

Reporting: Regularly report on project progress, technical issues, and strategic development proposals to senior management.

Yêu cầu công việc

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in the eyewear manufacturing industry or a related field.
Proven experience in a management position, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) is an advantage.
Preference for candidates familiar with MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and technology within the industry.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Chinese language proficiency is a must.
