Job Description
Management and Leadership:
- Lead and supervise the engineering team to ensure production projects run smoothly, on schedule, and meet quality standards.
- Lead and supervise the engineering team to ensure compliance with ISO standards and LEAN principles.
- Lead and manage the lab team.
Process Improvement: Analyze, evaluate, and propose technical solutions to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
Problem-Solving: Address technical issues that arise during production, identify the root cause, and implement effective corrective actions.
Project Management: Plan, monitor, and manage engineering projects, from new product development to the improvement of production lines.
Reporting: Regularly report on project progress, technical issues, and strategic development proposals to senior management.
Job Requirement
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in the eyewear manufacturing industry or a related field.
- Proven experience in a management position, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) is an advantage.
- Preference for candidates familiar with MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and technology within the industry.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Chinese language proficiency is a must.
