Mô tả công việc
- Lead and supervise the project engineering team in executing engineering projects.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Review and approve technical documents, engineering drawings, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Maintenance to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Support new equipment installation, line setup, and process validation.
- Prepare project progress reports and present status updates to management.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
- 5–7 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/project leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).
- Experience in manufacturing project execution (equipment installation, process transfer, facility upgrade, etc.).
- Familiar with AutoCAD/solid modeling software and MS Project (or other project management tools).
- Good understanding of lean manufacturing, quality management systems, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- English proficiency (written & spoken) or Chinese (HSK4 up)
