Mô tả công việc
- Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain internal control procedures.
- Coordinate and cooperate with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
- Manage and mentor accounting staff.
- Communicate with Chinese business partners (Mandarin Chinese is a MUST).
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably as a Chief Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (IFRS)
- Proficient in financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- Experience working in a multinational company.
- Experience with international accounting software.
