- Focus on connecting and collaborating with local customers (traders, fabric mills, ODM garment makers, and brands).
- Provide technical support and work with mills for fabric development, promotion, and quality improvement.
- Closely monitor business momentum and local government policies.
- Be responsible for customer interaction, on-site resources, and value chain partners to drive adoption and growth of the business for export and domestic markets.
- Utilize technology and troubleshooting skills to identify and propose improvements to fabric quality and performance.
- Drive new application and product development by providing product information, training, coordinating product trials, gathering and analyzing data, reporting results, and driving commercial launch and market adoption.
- Collaborate with value chain partners to promote fibers/fabrics to end buyers and brands, synergizing efforts with internal teams (Brand Marketing Manager, Marketing Communications, technical team) and external resources (trade shows, seminars).
- Promote and track brand adoption (quantity, segment, involved value chain partners, and future potential).
- Clearly outline the competitive landscape, including competitor activities, potential risks and threats, and unmet market needs.
- Monitor government policies (import duty, anti-dumping impact, free trade agreements, and incentives) to find the most efficient and competitive solutions for customers.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and account management skills for successful interaction with technical, plant, and commercial personnel.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, textiles, or a related field.
- 7+ years of textile industry experience.
- Knowledge of fiber and fabric use and application in the textile industry.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English. Additional language skills (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) are preferred.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate internally across departments and regions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
