Mô tả công việc
- Manage all C&B activities, including:
- Payroll processing for local and expat employees.
- Personal Income Tax (PIT) and social security contributions.
- Mandatory and voluntary insurance administration.
- Labor contract management.
- Employee benefits programs.
- Timesheet management.
- Internal and external labor reporting.
- Develop and implement C&B policies, reward, and disciplinary procedures.
- Prepare and manage personnel budgets based on regional and management requests.
- Research and stay updated on C&B market trends to propose competitive solutions.
- Organize annual salary reviews, performance evaluations, and promotions.
- Calculate monthly payroll, allowances, bonuses, and other compensation elements.
- Advise employees and stakeholders on labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax reports, and other statutory reports.
- Manage the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
- Provide support to other HR functions, such as recruitment and training, as needed.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Effective planning and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of English.
