Act as a key technical partner to the commercial team, providing advanced nutritional knowledge to drive performance-focused feed strategies.

Support feedmill and farm operations by offering tailored solutions in species-specific nutrition, feed formulation, and gut health management for poultry, swine, and ruminants.

Technical Support for Commercial Team:

• Act as a technical consultant to the sales team on livestock nutrition, feed formulation, and dietary strategies.
• Provide product application support for nutritional additives and solutions aimed at improving feed efficiency and animal performance.
• Support feedmills and farms with nutritional troubleshooting, raw material assessment, and optimization programs.

Customer Engagement:

• Participate in customer meetings to explain nutritional concepts and recommend species-specific feed strategies.
• Lead or support field trials to validate nutritional products, collecting data and translating results into practical outcomes.

Sales Team Enablement:

• Train commercial and distributor teams on livestock nutrition, formulation principles, and product use cases.
• Develop technical support materials such as product data sheets, comparison guides, and nutrient calculators.

Technical Content & Documentation:

• Prepare nutritional content including feed protocols, product brochures, and research summaries.
• Ensure the accuracy and relevance of technical messages in nutrition marketing materials.

Market Insights & Technical Input:

• Track emerging trends in species nutrition, feed innovation, and raw material usage.
• Collaborate with product and R&D teams to refine nutritional solutions aligned with market needs.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Nutrition, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a technical or field support role focused on animal nutrition.
• Practical knowledge of livestock production systems and a strong focus on the assigned specialty area (health or nutrition).
• Experience supporting both farm-level and/or feedmill operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to support commercial discussions with technical clarity and confidence.
• Comfortable preparing and delivering training or technical presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with feed or health-related digital tools is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, field trials, training, and events.
