Job Description

Manage all C&B activities, including:
- Payroll processing for local and expat employees.
- Personal Income Tax (PIT) and social security contributions.
- Mandatory and voluntary insurance administration.
- Labor contract management.
- Employee benefits programs.
- Timesheet management.
- Internal and external labor reporting.
Develop and implement C&B policies, reward, and disciplinary procedures.
Prepare and manage personnel budgets based on regional and management requests.
Research and stay updated on C&B market trends to propose competitive solutions.
Organize annual salary reviews, performance evaluations, and promotions.
Calculate monthly payroll, allowances, bonuses, and other compensation elements.
Advise employees and stakeholders on labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax reports, and other statutory reports.
Manage the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
Provide support to other HR functions, such as recruitment and training, as needed.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility.
Effective planning and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good command of English.
