Job Description

  • Manage all C&B activities, including:
    • Payroll processing for local and expat employees.
    • Personal Income Tax (PIT) and social security contributions.
    • Mandatory and voluntary insurance administration.
    • Labor contract management.
    • Employee benefits programs.
    • Timesheet management.
    • Internal and external labor reporting.
  • Develop and implement C&B policies, reward, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Prepare and manage personnel budgets based on regional and management requests.
  • Research and stay updated on C&B market trends to propose competitive solutions.
  • Organize annual salary reviews, performance evaluations, and promotions.
  • Calculate monthly payroll, allowances, bonuses, and other compensation elements.
  • Advise employees and stakeholders on labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax reports, and other statutory reports.
  • Manage the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
  • Provide support to other HR functions, such as recruitment and training, as needed.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Effective planning and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good command of English.
