HR & Administrative Duties (70%)
- Manage day-to-day office operations including office supplies management, filing systems, and correspondence.
- Perform daily administrative work, such as phone answering and courier arrangement.
- Ensure office upkeep and maintenance.
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end process of onboarding and offboarding.
- Handle other general HR tasks such as visa and work permit processing.
- Liaise with IT vendors for technical support and equipment management.
Accounting Duties (30%)
- Prepare and process sales invoices, bank receipts, and payment vouchers.
- In charge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate ledgers and supporting documents for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring they are in line with the approved budget and company policies.
- Liaise with bankers, accounting firms, and other vendors.
- Handle a full set of accounting tasks as required.
Logistics
- Liaise with logistics vendors for shipping and delivery arrangements.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience & Knowledge
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative support and accounting.
- Experience handling a full set of accounting is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse duties.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and Accounting software.
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive, responsible, and trustworthy.
