• Own the control framework for SXXK/LPE operations with a primary focus on exports of finished goods containing imported inputs: ensure correct regime usage, complete and timely customs documentation in coordination with the Imports & Exports Officer, tight input-output reconciliations, and robust inventory & vendor controls so company captures duty/VAT benefits without compliance risk.
• Act as first-line coordination point across Planning, Shipping & Packing, Purchasing, Imports/Exports, QC, and vendor sites, and as hands-on support during customs/tax audits.

PE control

• Responsible for monitoring and tracking the company's LPE (Export Production License) by coordinating with relevant departments (Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, TMF, etc.) to manage all materials imported under LPE, finished goods exported under LPE, scrap, and BOM, in compliance with LPE regulations.
• Coordinate with Planning/Logistics to complete Purchase Orders and ensure LPE-compliant documentation for the procurement of raw materials from overseas under LPE.
• Complete the purchase documentation for overseas purchase including quotation, contract, debit note, commercial invoice, proforma invoice, minutes to legalize the purchase in Vietnam while overseas countries cannot make the documents properly.
• Monitoring the payment status, timely informing company Accountant to have fund prepared sufficiently and send payment request on time based on the nature of each purchase.
• Complete the tracking file to enhance the accuracy of inventory report.
• Receiving the inventory report and warehouse documents from Inventory Coordinator on weekly and monthly basis, validate the data and send the report to Accounting outsourced service for booking and closing.
• Collaborate with Production to establish BOM standards for finished products under LPE.
• Control the actual production and standard BoM to explain, record, report the abnormal loss may have.
• Actively check with production to send the email request custom authority for sending outside company to process with subcontractor and follow up with the approval.
• Complete the report required by custom rules on monthly basis to prepare for year end finalization.
• Work with Logistics and agent to submit the regulation report into custom system, answering questions of custom officers to finish the process.
• Work with the Inventory Coordinator to manage raw materials and finished goods under LPE.
• Maintain continuous documentary control over the movements and transfers of imported raw materials between company and its authorized processing partners, including inspection visits to their facilities.
• Coordinate with TMF regarding invoicing for products under LPE.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports in accordance with LPE reporting templates.

LPE monthly balance & Reporting

• Ensure monthly reporting of raw material inventory variations and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly reports on raw material consumption and loss variance for each material code imported under LPE.
• Investigate root causes and propose corrective measures to minimize discrepancies in the following month.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to take immediate action upon identifying any variations.
• Submit the custom declaration form to Citibank to fulfill payment requirement.
• Create detail action plan & control plan for company team to follow all activities relating to LPE.

Inventory/Costing control

• Uploading the data on Viindoo software, to review & monitoring the set up of SyteLine & Warehouse Management System.
• Undertake additional accounting tasks such as payment processing and accounts receivable/payable monitoring, as assigned by Vietnam finance controller.
• Serve as Internal Audit Lead, responsible for coordinating and executing internal audit requirements.
• To place orders on processing goods which imported under LPE based on requirements of Planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in trade, inventory management, or export-processing operations (SXXK/LPE), preferably in manufacturing or logistics sectors.
• Strong knowledge of LPE regulations, customs procedures, BOM standards, input-output reconciliations, and duty/VAT benefits in Vietnam.
• Experience coordinating with departments like Planning, Logistics, Production, Warehouse, and external stakeholders (customs, banks, agents).
• Proficiency in inventory tracking, reporting, and variance analysis; familiar with software like Viindoo, SyteLine, Warehouse Management Systems.
• Hands-on experience in purchase documentation, payment monitoring, and subcontracting processes under LPE.
• Proven ability to handle audits, root cause investigations, and corrective actions using tools like BOM control and loss variance reporting.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis and reporting); knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous.
