Job Description
Project Identification and Early Engagement
- Identify and approach potential projects by leveraging a strong network of Investors, Consultants, EPC contractors, and System Integrators.
- Forecast potential projects through industry information sources and professional partner networks.
End-to-End Solution Consultation
- Work with partners on both technical and commercial requirements of the project.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and related teams to provide comprehensive solution consulting, highlighting solution advantages and value propositions.
Contract Management and Negotiation
- Negotiate contract terms that align with project requirements.
- Act as the main contact point with customers and stakeholders to ensure project needs are met.
Pipeline Management and Reporting
- Monitor project progress throughout all stages and adjust approach strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to management.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, Electrical–Electronics Engineering, or equivalent fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Sales within industrial automation or industrial equipment.
- Experience working with Investors, Design Consultants, EPC contractors, or System Integrators is an advantage.
- Strong solution-selling mindset (not only product selling).
- Foundational knowledge of industrial control systems such as PLC, HMI, inverters, SCADA, industrial communication, and related solutions.
- Understanding of operational processes within factories or applications such as Water & Wastewater (WWW), F&B, CPG, MMM, Electronics, etc. is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and project-based commercial skills.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Technical and commercial English proficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
